AS-IS denotes that the seller is selling, and the buyer is buying an item in whatever condition it presently exists, and that the buyer is accepting the item "with all faults", whether or not immediately apparent.

All purchases are to be paid in full on the day of auction.Sales are not subject to financing. Financing must be arranged prior to your purchase.

By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they are bidding regardless of item condition.

All vehicles are subject to Indiana Sales Tax (7%) unless you hold a valid Auto Dealer License.
The cataloged vehicles are scheduled to be sold at auction. Any vehicle may be pulled at the owner's discretion at any time.
(TA) means the TITLE isABSENT. The seller has 21 days to produce the title. If after the 21 days have passed and you have not received your title, you may return the vehicle for a full refund. (It is recommended that the purchaserNOT spend any money on the vehicle until title is received).
Vehicles left on auction lot are done so at the sole responsibility of the owner of the vehicle.
Goods left more than 30-days at our facility are subject to resale without notice for storage fees.
The vehicle title must be in the seller’s name. Open titles are not accepted.
Temporary License Plates are available to purchase for $15.00 per vehicle. (Valid for 45 days)
