Written sealed bids must be submitted on the REAL ESTATE SEALED BID FORM by mailing or delivering to Graber Auctions, LLC, 1382 South State Road 257, Washington, IN 47501 or [email protected] Bid forms should include bidder's name, address, phone number, email, amount of bid, and signed signature. SEALED BID AUCTION closes at 7:30 pm on MONDAY, MARCH 26, 2021 - ALL BIDS MUST BE IN BEFORE THAT TIME.
Sealed Bids must be delivered to Graber Auctions, LLC in person, by Mail, or email no later than 8 am ET March 26, 2021

$5,000.00 Down payment must be paid by the successful bidder by check, or credit card with the acceptance of the purchase agreement. The down payment deposit will be non-refundable and applied to the purchase price. Your bidding is not conditional upon financing, so be sure you have arranged your financing prior to bidding. The balance of the purchase price will be due via a wire transfer to the closing company, on delivery of insurable title on or before May 10, 2021.
