Auction Terms & Conditions Auction Rules * All purchasers are required to register for a Bidder's Number to bid and shall supply Graber Auctions with their full name, address and telephone number. A form of picture identification is required to verify information. * All purchases are to be paid in full day of auction. * Sales are not subject to financing. Financing must be arranged prior to your purchase. * All items are sold "AS-IS". We encourage you to preview and inspect before you buy. * All vehicles are subject to Indiana Sales Tax (7%) unless you hold a valid Auto Dealer License. * If the title to the vehicle you purchased is absent, (TA) the seller has 21 days to produce the title. If after the 21 days have passed and you have not received your title, you may return the vehicle for a full refund. (It is recommended that the purchaser NOT spend any money on the vehicle until title is received). * "IF" sales are conditional sales pending seller approval, buyer is bound by the contract unless a rejection is made by the seller by 5:00 pm the next business day. * Vehicles left on Auction Lot are done so at the sole responsibility of the owner of the vehicle. * The vehicle title must be in the seller's name.
